Pricing

What you pay for, and what you get for it.

A month of research capacity, up to a limit. The plans differ by one thing: how many accounts get researched. The evidence chain and the sending protections run the same way on all three.

Unused capacity doesn’t roll over.

You’re paying for a month of research capacity, not a bag of credits. Researching an account properly costs us money every time, so the allowance is a ceiling on that spend rather than a quota we owe you. If you consistently don’t reach it, move down a tier. If you run out, get in touch.

The upside of a ceiling: we never have to pad your list to hit a number. A month where the market genuinely only had eleven accounts worth researching is a month where you get eleven, and we’d rather that than forty with twenty-nine of them filler.

What actually arrives.

Before an account reaches your queue it has been through fit, evidence, and contact verification. This is what comes back.

A research summary you can read in 30 seconds

What the company does, who they sell to, how big they are, and what made them relevant now. Written for a person deciding whether to spend ten minutes, not for a CRM field.

Signals with their evidence and their confidence

Funding, hiring, sales stack, recent news — each one marked as something we confirmed or something we inferred, with the sources the research worked from. An inference the system can't argue for doesn't get made.

Contacts with a verification verdict

Addresses are put through a paid verification service and come back valid, risky, invalid, or unverifiable. You see which, and whether the address was published on their site or constructed from a name pattern.

A drafted opener, tied to a named signal

Subject and body written from the research, with the signal it was written from recorded next to it. If the system can't show why a draft says what it says, the draft isn't good enough to send.

You don’t pay for research that produced nothing.

A research credit is returned automatically when a pass we billed for could not complete, found no way to contact the company, could not produce an email, or ruled an account out on something we already knew before spending it. You don’t claim it and you don’t have to notice it.

An account we researched properly that turns out not to be a fit is not refunded — that is the answer the credit bought, and it saved you an email. The full terms, including that exclusion, are on the guarantee page.

There’s no CSV export today.

A spreadsheet strips out the evidence and the reasoning, which is most of what the research is. Accounts stay in the system with their case attached.

Some agency and CRM-centric buyers will decline over this. We’d rather you decide that now than discover it after paying. Shareable account links and CRM sync are in build — neither is included in a current plan.

Cancelling doesn’t delete anything.

The pipeline stops: no new discovery, no scoring, no sending. Everything already researched for you is preserved exactly as you left it, and getting back in touch restores access.

The honest limitation: while an account is inactive you can’t sign in to browse it. Preserved is not the same as readable, and we’d rather say so than let you assume otherwise.

It expires, and we'd rather explain that than bury it. You're paying for a month of research capacity, not a bag of credits. Researching an account properly costs us money every time, so the allowance is a ceiling on that spend rather than a quota we owe you. If you consistently don't reach it, move down a tier. If you run out, get in touch and we'll sort something out.
