What is LeadAtomic?

If you sell something to other businesses, the hard part was never writing the email. It was working out who on earth to send it to. We do that part.

Somewhere out there are forty companies who need you this month.

Say you install fire alarms in offices. Or you write software for dentists, or you run security audits for banks. It does not matter which — the shape is always the same.

There are, right now, a small number of businesses who genuinely need what you do. Finding them was never the fun part of running your business, and it is the part that quietly eats your week.

The forty were never the problem. The nine thousand you would have to look at first is the problem.

Most tools hand you a bigger pile.

You buy a list of ten thousand names. You email all of them roughly the same thing. A handful reply, and the rest quietly decide your company is the sort that sends junk.

It works, a little, if you send enough. But you paid for it twice: once for the list, and once in the reputation of your email address — which is a thing you only get to spend down once.

We do the reading, so you only see the few worth your time.

  1. 1We look at far more companies than you ever would

    0companies looked at

You describe the kind of business you sell to. We go and find companies that might match — thousands of them, not dozens.

  2. 2Then we throw nearly all of them away

    0dropped — 89% of them

Most are the wrong size, the wrong country, or the wrong business entirely. They get dropped before anyone spends money or attention on them. This is the part that matters.

  3. 3The few that survive, we actually read

    0researched properly

For each survivor we read their website, their jobs page, their news, and what they say about themselves. Then we write down what we found and why it suggests they might need you.

Real counts from our own development and pilot running, 26 May 2026 to 3 September 2026. Not a projection, and not somebody else’s case study.

The throwing away is the product.

Every other tool in this category brags about how many companies it can give you. We would rather tell you how many we removed, because that is the number that gives you your week back.

Out of 10,441 companies we looked at, 89% never reached a human. That is not us failing to find enough. That is the job.

A short list, and a reason for every name on it.

Not a spreadsheet of ten thousand rows. A handful of companies, each with a few sentences explaining what we found and why we think they are worth a message — a round they just raised, a role they are hiring for, something they announced last week.

Each reason is marked as either something we confirmed or something we are guessing at, so you can disagree with the guess. And each one comes with a first email already written from those findings, which you can edit, send, or throw away.

“Congratulations on the June round. Three of your nine open roles are in platform security, which usually means the audit conversation is already happening internally rather than being something someone still has to raise.”

We cannot tell you who is ready to buy.

Nobody can. Not us, and not the tools that imply otherwise. From outside a company you cannot see whether they have budget this quarter, whether they signed with someone else last month, or whether the person you are writing to is about to leave.

What can be seen is whether a company looks like the sort you sell to, and whether something changed there recently. That is what we report, and we label the difference between the two rather than blurring it.

The full boundary, marked line by line

It is for people who sell to other businesses and dislike prospecting.

Consultancies, agencies, software founders, and one-person businesses who are very good at the work and much less keen on finding the next piece of it.

Want the mechanics rather than the summary? How it works walks the whole chain, and pricing is three flat plans with no per-message charge.

No. You tell us what a good customer looks like for you, in normal sentences. You get back a short list of companies with a written reason for each one, and a first email you can edit or bin. If you can read an email, you can use it.

Fewer companies. Better reasons. Your week back.
